With three opti-ups, my office sounds like a computer room. Even added more quite fans in available spots in front of ups for additional cooling. It's now installed in the den with the surround sound gear without issues.

Optiups ds1000erm is an always on ups meaning there is no switch over time which will cause your computer or router to reboot

Only down side to this brand is that the fan runs at all time not temperature controlled or speed controlled for actual load and heat produced
