Highlights
Quality
Having tried affordable long lenses over the years i was pleased with the quality of this one
I was out this morning shooting wildlife and am extremely happy with the results
I cannot complain about the quality of the images that this lens produces
So let me start with the cons1 its a bit heavy on the tripod as any lens of this side would be
Price
If it was triple the cost it would still be worth it
Of course at an unbelievably low price
Packaging/appearance
Also my zipper on the case the lens comes in was broken in the box
Competitiveness
I just tried my new opteka 6501300 mm super telephoto lens for the first time with some moon shots
I use the lens on a canon eos 450d
I took an amazing moon photograph with a 500mm lens and wanted something to get in even closer
