Easy install had to drill a hole in each head lamp housing cap in order to screw them back on but other than that everything else went smooth

I had a bulb go out shortly after installation contacted opt7s warranty department and they sent out a replacement right away

Bout a year into having these installed the same bulb mentioned above failed

After some troubleshooting found out it was the ballast that died

Contacted opt7s warranty department they sent out a replacement ballast a replacement bulb was not sent but opt7s warranty department followed up after i received the replacement ballast to make sure it took care of the issue and will be sending out a bulb as well

My kit was the 9012 5k kit which cane with bulbs ballast and i believe a vehicle plug adapter and some other box maybe the anti flicker device

I’m thinking the anti flicker box may be the reason lights aren’t coming on
