The hid will flickerstrobe when using drl subaru drl uses about 23 total volts than driving light will not strobe when driving lights turned on full voltage

Battery bypass harness was installed later but did not fix the drl strobe

Capacitors fixed the strobe issue but now the ballasts don’t fire so now i’m going to disable the subaru drl to try to get them working again
