Note this is not an amazon prime product so shipping can take up to a week or more
I was a little bummed that it wasnt eligible for prime shipping but it still showed up in 23 business days
Packaging/appearance
Was easy to put together and came with well displayed instructions
Another problem i had was the nonadjustable arm rests made my elbows hurt from them resting on the arms which were too high up
Competitiveness
Its a luxury chair without that crazy luxury price
Forget spending 400 on an akracing or dxracer this chair is a way better value
After about 5minutes of resting i sit back up and go back to work

Just be careful with step 2 on the instructions becuz i think they put the picture backwards or the word in the wrong place

When i compared it to the display image to mine i can see it was backwards on mine

Only 2 issues with the chair is to be very careful with the washers and screw because i lost a washer between the seam of the chair

Now it will forever live inside my chair xdthe other issue is that one of the holes for the screw doesnt seem to screw all the way
