I am very pleased with the product
Very happy with the chair and would have no qualms with recommending it to anyone
However this week i did have a problem with the chair back
Also be careful when leaning back with the lever it will go almost flat and you might tip over

It even got here like 3 days earlier than the estimated shipping so im pretty happy
Note this is not an amazon prime product so shipping can take up to a week or more
It was still under the 2 year warranty and i didnt even have to pay for shipping
Packaging/appearance
Another problem i had was the nonadjustable arm rests made my elbows hurt from them resting on the arms which were too high up
Competitiveness
Its a luxury chair without that crazy luxury price
After about 5minutes of resting i sit back up and go back to work

Just be careful with step 2 on the instructions becuz i think they put the picture backwards or the word in the wrong place

Causing me to put the bottom piecethe part that connects the seat to the wheels faceing the wrong way

When they say back and front i believe they have to flip it in the instructions

When i compared it to the display image to mine i can see it was backwards on mine

Only 2 issues with the chair is to be very careful with the washers and screw because i lost a washer between the seam of the chair
