Complaints from other reviews included 1 that it digs in on the sides and 2 that it slips because body is conical

In fact these are alternate complaints if you are lean and well muscled then at least if you are using this below the breast it will not dig in on the sides but rest on the skin

However your sleek profile will taper toward your lean stomach inclining the belt to slip

On the other hand if you tend toward the rotund of belly then any conicality will rather cancel than enhance the effects of gravity on the belt but the belt will dig into your skin on the sides

I am neither especially well muscled nor especially rounded in the middle

I believe both could be eliminated with a bit more design effort strips or cylinders of foam on the edges to keep it from digging in a way to synch andor let out asymmetrically to deal with conicality
