Pros
They are sturdy and durable. These are a no-brainer if you ask me.
The 1. Gps works as described, all functions have utility and functionality. Garmin products have exceptional quality. I have many items from garmin manufacture, this is another one.
My only complaint after quickly checking them out is that the clips don’t fit together snuggly, so they rattle and make an audible noise. These fit perfectly through the slit and that seems very sturdy and secure.
Cons
Amazon customer service is horrible. I'm penalized for choosing junk. Same sad manufacturing story with quality dropping and deceptive marketing. Cord material appears to be cotton string.

Sturdy and lightweight these make removing a camera neck strap easy to get it out of the way when the camera is on a tripod
These fit perfectly through the slit and that seems very sturdy and secure
Too often this is something that could be made but when it breaks you lose your 1000s equipment
With these quick disconnects i can easily remove the straps and then reattach them when it is time to return to the trailhead

For the price these are a great answer for my lightduty use

The disconnect clips are smaller and more unobtrusive than the moreexpensive competition that ive seen yet still feel quite secure
I dont use a strap most of the time but when i do didnt need more than the om strap that came with my sony camera
