    Yes they cost more but they really are more secure than other caps and give me the impression that my lenses are wellprotected

    Adding a red dot would help with alignment though there is a plastic nubbin intended to serve this purpose it just doesnt feel intuitive to line up based on that when every other piece of photographic equipment ive ever used marks alignment with a red dot

    When you are swapping lenses take off the one on the camera and attach it to the spare lens backtoback or reartorear

    Sigma apparently doesnt sell back caps on amazon but other websites sell them for about 15

    Edit a complaint after receiving this latest batch the lenscaps now include a white sticker seen on product photo stuck to the inside of the cap
