The neoprene is 6mm or about a quarter inch thick so quite comfy. Ease of fitting - simple. Clip attachments on the loops makes it easy to attach or un-attach the strap.

Cons

This is the first op/tech strap that really disappoints. It is too short to use comfortably around your neck whilst taking pictures. Far too expensive for a such a disappointing item.
