Pros

The design is sleek, minimalistic, and looks great wherever i put it. Great costumer service. Excellent craftsmanship with tremendous durability.

The battery life is excellent. With the instructions it's not overly complicated. I love that it is portable and wireless.

The oontz app is not available to download on an older version of android. It works poorly with alexa and is extremely difficult to sync with alexa.

Oontz speaker has very short battery life. Couldn't get their scanning on the box for warranty to work. Their text oontz to a number does nothing, either. No warranty since the speaker is no longer under warranty, it's a piece of junk. Com is outdated... Read More

What’s more this new unit automatically shuts off after 15 or so minutes of nonuse

I bought this to replace an identical unit because the oddlyshaped jack that charged it finally broke after 3 years of constant use

For the price this is a great little speaker

Packaging/appearance

It is getting a little eccentric in its old age but it still has a rich warm sound with surprising bass in a very sturdy little package

Of all the oontz speakers imho this is the best value for the money

Base compared to echo dot is nonexistent
