Pros & Cons
Pros
Once the ink dries you use a hair dryer to heat the ink and it puffs up! It is like magic for them to watch. It takes a little bit of time to get the popcorn puff effect.
Each pen tip has a wax ball that must be removed before using. In spite of that, these are super cool markers!
Reviewer rarely writes reviews but this product deserves a good one. Fast shipping.
Cons
I let the dryer blow on one small piece for over 8 minutes and still nada.
They are very hard to squeeze out. You need a blow dryer to make the paint puff up. Threw them away.

It takes quite a long time with the blow dryer but eventually it does puff up and is quite cute
We used a small heat pen instead of a blow drier and it puffed up and dried in no time
Works better if you let it dry completely and then put it about 1ft above the burner
