You have to remember to run the whole thing under the tap before opening up the divider or it will be difficult

At first we found it difficult to break the ice but just put a bit of cold water on it before trying to break it then it works without too much strength

This tray is excellent but you have to remember to run water over the tray bottom before trying to use the lever

You must wait for the cubes to defrost for a few minutes before trying to break them apart
