Cons
Even the serrations are dull. The pommel is some lightweight plasticy material, too, despite being the thickest part of the whole construction for a solid piece of metal.

Comparable americanmade knives are 100 but ontario is always surprisingly affordable for the quality i got my sp 15 for around 50
My tormek knife sharpener brings out the true quality thats in these military issue knives
Its terrible especially given the quality of the knife
Im looking for a quality leather sheath and ill probably have one custom made for it

So price was right and im glad i got it

I remembered that i purchased the knife at least 12 years ago and it appears to be the same material and design as the ones ontario are still cranking out today
