Pros
Easy to *, tastes like normal vitamins and helps with mood. Though, these pills have no caffeine, i feel more energetic.
Alpha brain gives me more clarity and focus and i do feel it even helps with memory retention, which is huge! Great stuff in my books so far. A tremendous help especially for memory issues.

I was hesitant at first because of the hype people pushing it but its for real so give it a try
