I thought to try to reduce the number given in half what is recommended but the effects are significantly less as well not worth the difference and as mentioned the body does adjust to it eventually

Being addh this si especially good as ti is not stimulant driven as stimulants do not stimulate me and therefore are fairly useless to me

I see people complaining and making terrible reviews about products when they dont even try the supplement long enough or they have no diet no exercise no control of how much they eat
