I have owned this clothing rack for several months now and am still very pleased with it

It is also worth mentioning that one of the wheels did arrive broken it most likely was broken during the shipping process
Packaging/appearance
A packaging change of the foam to a sturdy material and at least reenforcing the box corners would prevent that
Styrofoam wedged in the brackets and fairly soft cardboard packaging didnt withstand the shipmenthandling

We had to use pliers to bend the ubrackets open so they could set ontoover the zframe of the rack

The brackets are now crooked its material rather soft compared to the shelf frame at the end it works and doesnt effect its functionality as it sits on top of z

Although this clothing rack is great once it is put together it was a hassle to assemble

Im not sure how the reviewers who said they put it together alone managed to do so unless they have a third arm see other reviews under extended height double rail z rack rolling clothes rack garment rack

Also the instructions for the clothing rack were not really instructions but more like a set of pictures of the pieces included in the box

I contacted customer service and sent them a picture of the broken part
