Sometimes it will open on the first try but usually it takes two people to align the mechanism which partially slides out and gets stuck

Youre better off with a plain cable and old fashion master lock

If someone wants to break the cable it will take them about 10 minutes with a wire cutter and the lock looks so imposing they probably will not try

When i got to the shore and used them to lock my bikes to a rack one of them froze and i could not unlock my bike

If the lock hadnt failed they would have gotten a 5 and if their customer service hadnt been so good they would have gotten a 2
