The only reason it hasnt got 5 is because the black band for some reason left my hand covered in black and yellow marks

I am very impressed by the performance of the bands which includes four different colour coded bands of varying degrees of resistance

I was slightly surprised that the bands didn’t come with an instruction sheet or suggested exercises that could be performed with them but perhaps they are omitted for insurance purposes…… in fairness though it is unlikely that you would be looking at purchasing this type of product unless you knew what they were for

Ive had a number of resistance bands with various designs from the very cheap such as the sub£10 a set versions seen all over amazon to the bodylastics sets

There are no issues at all with these they maintain their shape as far as possible and offer a good variety of resistance settings and i dont have any worries about them snapping which is a problem ive encountered with cheaper bands you buy a set of threefour and one snaps within days leaving the set useless its a false economy
