I will start with the positives:- Both pieces look and feel very solid. I'm a light person at around 160 lbs so if you're heavier it might be different. I can see it holding a ~200 lb easily but for this you have to mind the installation! (I will talk about the installation in the negatives)- It looks good which is a positive if you care about that.- Many grip options. The pull-up bar has three different grip options which is something that attracted me to this set. My power cage has the straight bar which is good for wide and close grip chins and pullups. This bar has those two plus the neutral grip. The pullup bar also has the option to attach a boxing bag which is pretty great.- The parallel/dip bars are removable. I guess they did this in case you want to attach a boxing bag to the upper portion in order to make space at the bottom for you to use the boxing bag. This is both a positive and a negative. You're able to free up that space but also it makes the dip bars not as solid as I would've liked.The negatives:- The instructions are horrible. For something that takes so many steps, the instruction manual is only 2 pages, one of which just lists the parts that come in the set. It is recommended that you install this on concrete or brick wall but as some of the reviewers have said, you can install this on drywall with extra materials. Without the extra installation, you can't install this straight up onto drywall because the distance between the support brackets is not close to any known distance between wall studs.Installing anything or concrete or red brick is not simple at all, especially if you don't have the experience doing diy's using power tools. You will need a hammer drill and a set of masonry drill bits. It is very important that you get the installation right because the expansion screws that come with the set are non removable as far as I know. Once you tighten those nuts, the screws will not come out, so make sure to get everything straight and level before you drill. For the pullup part, I marked the holes on a piece of cardboard and then placed the cardboard on the wall and marked the holes there.- The expansion screws that come with the product look to me like they're of poor quality. If you're a heavier person, I would spend some extra money and get some other expansions screws of other solutions for installing onto concrete. The manual says you should be ok with 4 screws on each side but for my peace of mind, I installed all 6 on each side.If you're able to do an installation on wood then you should have a much easier time. You'll just have to get a whole new set of screws/bolts since the ones that come with this are specifically for solid concrete or brick walls.- The last negative is also kind of a positive. The dip bars are removable which is nice to free up that space or if you wan't to hang a punching bag from the pullup bar. However, no matter how tight you tighten the screws for the dip bars, there's still a slight side to side wiggle. It isn't really noticeable unless you start shaking (towards the last reps), but I would give up the ability to remove the dip bars and have a more solid assembly. The pullup bar on the other hand, is VERY solid.For the price, you get A LOT of exercise options. Once you're done with the tedious installation process, you will definitely enjoy this product.  Read Less
