How it 5’7” 150lbs. It adjusts to a fairly large size too. It is lightweight and has lots of room inside with the perfect amount of pockets.

Straps are nicely padded. I love the front buckle so it won’t slide around or off my back. The chest buckle is orange, which i understand for a trail bag. But for an everyday bag i wish it was the same color as the rest if the straps.
High quality zippers, but it takes great effort and two hands to be able to unzip the backpack. Zipper pulls are very nice and slippers glide smoothly.
