The base, the sound clarity and even the noise cancellation is amazinggggg! Best one is longest battery backup. Sound 5/5, connectivity 3.
Cons
Customer support is not worth it. Very unhappy. Not expected from such a reputed co.
The product overall is okay but not at all durable. One sentence defines the product, waste of money. In a nutshell the life of the product is less than a year. I never refer to anyone buy this product.

I have visited one plus store and as my warranty has ended they are not even touching this product simply they said me to take another new product it seems with again 5k which will lasts for again just for an year
