Pros

One stop installed onto aluminum door, the 2nd onto a vinyl door. The screws included with the product will also work fine. Installed in a church and will see a lot of use. The garage door is heavy and automatically closes.

Installation is not a hassle, anyone with basic toolset experience can do it in few mins. The only problem is the installation instruction.

Cons

The rubber on the bottom of the door stop isn't strong enough to stop the door. It just slows the door down. The color on the item start to change 2 weeks out side. Keeps falling off.

The mounting plate is 3/16 thick, so there is only less than 1/4 of threads holding it in place. The replacement doesn't have the one-touch lever, it's just a manual one. Unless you have a solid frame door the screws simply rip out of the material reg... Read More
