Pros

Flip lever is easy to use. According to my husband it’s easy installation. Works great, easy install.

Cons

The mounting plate is 3/16 thick, so there is only less than 1/4 of threads holding it in place. One hole is not punched so cant install. The replacement doesn't have the one-touch lever, it's just a manual one.

Great product but poor quality. Not satisfied, my door is not stopped. Had to return for refund. Beyond the disappointing, confusing writing, the included template is way off.

Bottom pad is not sticky/tacky enough to grab the ground. Can't use. It’s now useless unless you wedge it up against an object. Just too flimsy.
