Pros
Recipes look easy to manage and delicious. Amp; just about every dish looks mouthwateringly tempting.
I'm a very, very good cook (according to those who gobble my food) :) made quite a few dishes. Was tempted back in by a pie where the lid was cooked in the oven on a baking sheet and the pie contents in a pan.
Cons
About two-thirds of the recipes in this book have cheese as an integral ingredient. Only positive is that it is a nice glossy tome to give away as a present.

The book arrived as promised and is so far a good source if inspiration however the delivery was appalling the spine of the book was damaged and it was left outside the door in the rain in a thin cardboard wrap even though someone was at home to receive the delivery there is not a category for that on amazon delivery feedback so unfortunately the book review gets it

I did hesitate on this one having watched the channel 4 programme and spotting that the one pan rule was broken

However i was tempted back in by a flatbread that was cooked filling and all in a pan as an alternative to a sandwich
