Pros

One-hour dairy-free cheese (ohdfc) is a fun-to-read, instructional (and even motivational) offering from cheese expert claudia lucero. Lucero knows her cheese, both vegan and non-vegan.

Queso verde with fresh cilantro and jalapeno pepper. Easy to make for a newbie. Four of my favorites are crispy cauliflower, pimento cheese spread, fried green tomato melts, and citrus pomegranate salad.

Very easy to follow, great verity and lots of bonuses throughout the book. I recommend this book for anyone who is trying to eat healthier. She encourages creativity.
