Pros

Low carb, finely grained, sprouted whole wheat is just the best. The quality of this sprouted flour is very good. It is a little drier than i am used to so i just compensate by adding a wee bit more moisture.

Cons

This brand is indistinguishable from non-sprouted wheat flour. It makes dry, gritty, bland bread.
