Pros

No nausea at all, easy to digest, and only 1 pill (very large but not hard to *) the taste is not too bad and they're not too big for me. The pill is on the larger side but is very easy to *.

Quick and simple one vitamin a day to remember to take is simpler than my previous prenatal that required 3 a day. Contains the appropriate amount of supplement for growth in those areas, plus iron.

Cons

The fishy smell is horrendous. And it get worse as the bottle depletes.
