This is a large vitamin as many others are as well, but it’s easy to * and it doesn’t have a terrible vitamin taste or smell. These aren't small pills but i have absolutely no problem swallowing them. Easy to *.
We are very satisfied with our purchase and the price was right. Just more convenient and better value for your money. On the up side the amount is well worth it for around ten bucks!

There is no iron in these vitamins because women over 50 are no longer menstruating so we do not need the extra iron

If you are a woman over 50 who also take a multivitamin supplement you may want to check out this product but as always it is best to check with your doctor to make sure it does not conflict with your medication

This is a longstanding brand that i feel comfortable taking however when i compared the vitamin and mineral list i noted that it does not have as many of them or not as much of the daily recommended amounts as another major brand i had been using
