It fits perfectly, with the straps tightened all the way. Perfect medium size for my 8lbs shih poo. The harness is adjustable to fit smaller which worked out perfect!
The coat is lined, warm and adorable. It is sturdy and warm. It’s very warm and is waterproof. Stiff zipper aside.
The built in harness is perfect for fussy little dogs! Can put it on her in seconds instead of trying to get a coat and a harness on. Great for quick setup to go outside. Step into it and voila!
Once it's on, it's great. Do not hesitate to buy. Will update. An excellent product.
