Pros
On- stage provides the best customer service i've ever received. The keyboard stand is perfect. Once together it makes into a dandy stand for my keyboard.
I use the latch that adjusts the stand as a resting place for my headphones, when not in use. Little lever at the top is so cool. The huge plus is the locking-unlocking mechanism.
Stand is very sturdy, easy to elevate and doesn't bite your fingers. I have no fears of the stand collapsing or falling over.
They are built extremely well and are very durable. The release lever on the top is a great concept - much better than pulling the little center-mounted pin out on some other stands. They are solid and nicely adjustable.
Cons
The clutch trigger angles up (toward the support arm) instead of down (away from it) this means that there is no room to actually pull the clutch trigger to change the stand position.

I was considering buying a cheaper stand and am glad i went with this one as it clearly looks to be a winner
Couldnt beat the price for the quality of this stand you wont be dissapointed

Items were delivered on time exactly as specified by sender
I was very surprised when this stand was delivered
The order came on time the box was wet with a little damage but no damage inside
Packaging/appearance
It came in a box that looked more like it should contain a couple of golf clubs instead of a folding heavy duty stand
The box was a little beat up so things were a little out of order instructions were just okay but once we got it together it was great

I own 7 of them now and would not purchase any other brand

Got it as advertised but one end of the tube was squished and the rubber insert was broke due to this
