Pros
Omron is the leading brand and has many models. I liked the accuracy, it’s easy to use and you can compare your readings from weeks ago. It was recommended to my husband, by his doctor, due to his high blood pressure.
Is quite simple to setup, use, and monitor. It is very sensitive so the cuff has to fit correctly. The width of the cuff is a little wide for my upper arm ( from elbow to armpit/shoulder.
Cons
The device keeps giving an e5 error which means that clothing is interfering. Also the app has some bugs in it as far as display of some things. I have to try several times before it is able to actually read my blood pressure without errors.

The readings compared to the drug store machines and the reading i had done at the doctors were relatively equal
Compared it to my drs blood pressure test and omron was very comparable

I have afib and this product reads when i am afib or not and indicates it on the reading

The cuff could be better however as the velcro comes loose as it is inflating frequently
