My only surprise was that the red color is just a little lighter than it seemed in the product photo – almost a neon red or a pinkish red.

This is a great case, when you open it screen goes on and off.

Very impressed that this case allows the paperwhite 4 (2018) to sit in an open-face well, rather than wrapping it in a leather case with a cutout for the screen.
