Sometimes hard to push ice out but overall not bad just be sure to not overfill like the instructions state

It was so nice that there was a lid to this ice tray huge plus for us since i hate when ice tastes like freezerhowever when breaking the ice apart from the tray we had to twist a bit to detach the ice and this caused the ice to crack a bit on top and fall everywhere it may be from overfilling so make sure you do not overfill they have warnings on the lid themselves

Although the lids just kind of sit on top they dont really seal or clip onbut they do provide a protective barrier for water and ice
