I wear a size 12 dress so i purchased the large but it was too small to zip up needed about an inch

The first person to respond seemed willing to do so but there was a strong language barrier in the conversation and they did not tell me how to proceed to do the exchange so i responded asking what to do and the next person to reply just told me to return it
