The gel-capsule was easy to *, and there was no aftertaste. I switched from my old fish oil blend to this one because it is so much easier to *.

Schiff antioxidant defense contains superoxide dismutase (sod) sod is a type of superoxide dismutase.

The gel is generally unflavored, but does have a subtly sweet taste. I like that it is gluten and dairy free. The only thing i disapprove of is the fact that they use caramel and carmine color.

I got these for 5 and these are great tablets

You get a bottle of 30 and the price is reasonable and you only take one capsule a day

The supplement is pricey but well worth the purchase
