Pros
The unit is reasonably easy to take apart to clean. It is relatively quiet, easy to clean and produces a great juice with no pulp.
Compared to the juiceman, this thing is fabulous. I wish the outlet spout was slightly higher since we are juicing for 2 to 4 people. The juice is delicious and we use it several times a day to make fruit and vegetable juices.
The pulp is dry and the juice is only moderately aerated, which i think enhances the flavor. The pulp ejection system on this machine makes clean-up a breeze. Hint - depress plunger s-l-o-w- l-y.
Both machines have a * that you feed fruits & vegatables into. The machine really gobbles up the pieces and has lots of semi-quiet power. The feed * is now large enough to handle all but the very largest carrots.
On the 1000, it continues to spin for much longer because of the heavy food in the drum, dribbling all the while and sometimes walking across your countertop!
Cons
I have a juice man jr that lasted years longer than this until the blades dulled. And now it's past the the time allotted to return items. I'm horribly disappointed.

I used to have one and last more than 15 years i bought another brand and didn’t like it because the pulp was coming out wet and with most of the juice and then i decided to go back to this one and was the best choice no mess and you get all the juice from the fruit and vegetables
