Ive tried so many fish oil tablets and the result is always disgusting fishy burps
If you are interested in taking fish oil i recommend this brand there are numerous brands for fish oil but a lot of them cause fishy breath fishy burps and they just taste awful but i am happy to say these to do cause any of them
I have only been taking this particular brand of fish oil for a few weeks
I think they are easy to take with no after taste and because i dont like to eat fish ill stick with supplements
