Pros

Gummies are soft and easy to chew. They are a pain softener. They taste good and stay soft in the bottle.

Cons

Took two gummies and had horrible diarrhea. Worst case of fish burps i have ever had. Tastes like a tuna/penny flavored gummy. Taste is baaaaad!

Omega 3 dha gummies contain only 100 mg fish oil and 2. They use a powder and don't advise the equivalent fish oil pills.
