I noticed the difference in how my joints feel when i taken them much less painful
The biggest difference is in my skin i believe that the fish oil moisture my skin from inside out rather then using facial products which is very specific where you put them
Me and my wife are taking these and have been for about a week we havent had any adverse affects and no aftertaste so good so far not much else to say as not been taking them that long but nothing bad to report rather large pill but was surprisingly easy to swallow i have used fish oils for many years i used to take evening primrose oil but after a research i discovered the fish oils are far superior and much more beneficial to my health
