Pros

The instructions include detailed instructions on how to complete the initial charge (actually 3 of them) to maximize battery life and charge time. It charges properly, runs my dell 6510 laptop reasonably well, and is generally worth the price.

Cons

Usually batteries degrade over time. This one, just fails to charge (whether in bios/cmos or windows environment) utterly ridiculous. This complaint is my contact with omcreate, the name on the battery box.
