Curcumin reduces swelling on hands and feet. Helps with shin splint pain.

Most supplements are manufactured in the us but get their turmeric from india. The packaging is professionally done.

Easy to *, no after taste, works on joint pain. I like that the are super easy fir me to *.

It helps with headaches, but also has a powerful effect on my sinuses. I'm fairly certain it's because of this supplement. It's possible it's a new combo effect with the two other supplements i have been taking.
