Pros

It is very compact. Restarts work fine. A big kudo to the company reps for great customer service.

Cons

In 4k mode this is only capable of 30hz, which is appallingly low. With it connected to my mac, keyboard, mouse and monitor it continues to overheat.

False advertising. This type of omission on behalf of the seller through amazon is quite misleading. Time to send it back and find something with an accurate and thorough listing.

Hardly worth paying 4x the price for a premium brand that does the same thing

Ill try to find something better suited to my set up but if i cant find anything i get another one of these
