Nothing is wrong with the product so far except the charging cable no longer works due to kids pulling it from the cable instead of the connector

I accidently pulled out the headphones many times due to unfortunate and accidental tangle with assisted weight machines that are at many gyms

Personally i love the fact that it fit very well into the ear canals and it block off surrounding noises

Same night i took the product to the gym and i was at peace knowing that i no longer have to worry about the cords being broken and the assisted weight machine pulling the headphones out of my ears accidently

Excellent product that is perfectly suited to the ear which makes it difficult to get out of the ear environment
