Pros & Cons
Pros
The images are fantastically clear and bright (even in the evening) and they are easy to focus. The optical clarity is extremely good even on the 16x40 zoom. Bright optics, good even in low light.
Decent quality for the price, no complaints. Build quality is second to none and are so easy to use. The carrying case also appears robust.
I have a reasonably narrow inter-pupillary distance (~62mm) but these binos (60-70mm) are fine for me, with some adjustment to spare.
Cons
The zoom function on these bins is terrible. You have to take them off your eyes to zoom in or out as the mechanism is too stiff. There was huge piece of dust or glue on the internal surface of the front left lense. All of them have a foil seal.
If these binoculars are a genuine olympus product as opposed to a bit of 'brand renting' then olympus reputation is over-rated. They are also really heavy so not great for walking with them around your neck.

They apparently arent waterproof so probably not optimum for allweather winter birding during cold weather if used outside then brought inside may be prone to condensation if not handled correctly to avoid this
