It is unfortunate that some of the research and publicity being done on the benefits of vit e are done with the synthetic which gives negative results perhaps being done or financed by companies that dont want us buying and benefiting from real vitamins

Just recently i found out that vit e is not what we were actually supposed to take

Its vit e complex tocotrienols are 50x more potent than tocopherols but it also has tocopherols 👍
