I wish the company would issue a refund but that doesn't seem to be an option. Save your money until it is redesigned.
The frame is very flimsy and could not withstand the flight. The extension does not lock, it pulls right out. More importantly, this duffle bag comes with wheels and a hide-away handle, but the handle can't support 58 pounds. There is a 10 year limite... Read More
Failed part is the blue-plastic latch mechanism inside the retractable sliding handle. It doesn't stand up on its end on its own, it slumps and doesn't sit square. The handle is weak and sticks terribly.

All kinds of pockets quality material and build huge inside
Im hoping it makes visiting family friends easier for me with the inline wheels and not what ever those others are on my old luggage

It served me well but after using it every day for a couple of years the handle didnt go up and down anymore and it was so dirty and scrubbing it by hand was laborious

I used hot glue to repair it but that didnt last

Due to flexibility it does bend out the “bottom” of the bag if you stuff the bag to max so it’s a little weird trying to stand it on its feet and it will tip over
