Pros
Water bottle is durable and works. This seems fairly unavoidable, but it's worth mentioning. Bought this bottle a year ago in august 2019 and still sturdy and durable.
The bowl stays clean due to the bowl opening being snug against the bottle. The bowl is big enough for my two doggies to slurp at the same time. Bowl is flat bottomed so when at a campsite or hotel it acts as a bowl.
Very handy and easy to use. Super easy to used and clean. The design allows us to share the water" "it's super easy to open/close and can do this wearing gloves.

Cons
Great design but poor quality and none existent customer service. Makes the olly bottle look like a cheap piece of junk. Now it is difficult to carry and kind of useless.
The trough is a little flimsy, if it drops i'm sure it'll crack. Rim of lid also was cracked. Have tried gluing it back together again but lasts for only a little bit. No matter how tight i turn the lid still trickles out of the lid.

And the fact that the bowl separates from the bottle is helpful in allowing me to drink out of the bottle without contamination from my dog
