I really hope this is an isolated incident and really was a mistake on the companys part of accidentally shipping a used product and not just a poorly made product

The only complaint i have is i put a screen protector on my i phone and it is hard to get the olloclip on

Ive used the olloclip 4in1 for about a month and am well satisfied with the wideangle and fisheye lenses though im still trying to master the macros
