Pros
Once you factor in the lesser expansion, these are currently by far my favorites. The local chinese restaurants use ordinary white mushrooms which is ok if you prefer americanized food, i like the real thing.

They expand only to about 3 times their weight when reconstituted and they come with stem nubs for lack of a better word which need to be cut off leaving one with only 2

This may not be a bad thing per se but other brands feature close to 10x expansion leaving you with a whole lot more mushroom comparatively

I took a small handfull boiled in about 4 times the volume of water for 25 minutes they ended up expanding tremendously into big floppy chocolatecolored mushrooms
